We welcome children from birth. Our Daycare programme accepts children from 0 to 3 years, our Toddler programme from 3 to 5 years, and our Preschool programme from 5 to 6 years. If you're not sure which programme suits your child, book a tour and we'll help you decide.
We are open Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Nigerian public holidays. Drop-off and pick-up is supervised by a member of staff at all times.
Yes. Our dedicated cooks prepare fresh, nutritionally balanced lunches and snacks on-site every day. Meals are available as an optional meal package alongside the programme fees. Families may also send packed lunches from home if preferred. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at enrolment. Learn more about our meals →
Yes. Nap and rest time is built into the daily schedule for Daycare and Toddler children. Bedding is kept clean. Older Preschool children have a quiet rest period after lunch instead of a full nap
We believe in open, regular communication with parents. Updates are shared via WhatsApp (photos, videos), and we are always available for a conversation at pick-up. Any incidents — no matter how minor — are reported to parents on the same day.
Our primary language of instruction is English. We also incorporate French and German throughout the curriculum, making Purple Crayons one of the very few trilingual creche and preschool providers in Abuja. Language exposure through songs, stories, and classroom interaction begins in the Daycare and Toddler years — building a strong foundation for future language learning.
